Shipping Policy
Free Standard Shipping
All orders within the United States ship free via standard ground shipping. No minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and destination of your order. The carrier is selected automatically at checkout for the most efficient delivery.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We are actively working to expand our shipping to international destinations.
Return Policy
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@cerenecosmetics.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange unopened products for a different item. Please contact our support team to arrange an exchange. If the replacement item is a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
